HubSpot CRM
Our enquiry forms are powered by HubSpot. When you submit a form, your data is stored in our HubSpot CRM and processed in accordance with HubSpot's privacy policy. HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by a Data Processing Agreement. HubSpot may transfer data to the United States under standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Service providers, HubSpot (CRM and forms), Google (Google Analytics 4, only if you consent), IT service providers, all bound by data processing agreements
- Professional advisers, solicitors, accountants, insurers, on a need-to-know basis

Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary. Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years. Client account data is retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time (subject to legal obligations).
